 We’re looking for a meticulous, solutions-driven Contracts & RFP/GSA Administrator to support our growing business development and procurement operations. What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain MSA databases, ensuring contract accuracy, compliance tracking, and timely renewals 
  • Review contract terms, identify discrepancies, and coordinate modifications with legal and procurement teams 
  • Research and evaluate government and private-sector bid opportunities through portals including SAM.gov 
  • Monitor bid calendars, submission deadlines, and opportunity pipelines for business development teams 
  • Manage annual GPO membership renewals, documentation, compliance requirements, and fee coordination 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to contracts, CRM activity, procurement status, and upcoming actions 
  • Maintain organized filing systems and contract documentation processes 
  • Support vendor relationship management and contract negotiations 
  • Track contract performance metrics, deliverables, and compliance requirements 
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce administrative delays 
Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered 
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, business development, or related fields 
  • Experience with government procurement processes and bid management strongly preferred 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and database management tools 
  • Experience with CRM systems, contract management software, and reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in high-level business operations
Preferred:

  • Experience working with SAM.gov and federal/state/local procurement portals 
  • Knowledge of GPO operations, membership renewals, and procurement compliance standards 
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and vendor negotiations 
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or high-level operational teams 
  • Background in construction, restoration, healthcare, or government contracting industries 
  • Proven success improving operational processes and administrative efficiencies
