Kevin Lowber State Farm is seeking a high-energy, bilingual Account Manager who is passionate about sales, relationship building, and helping customers protect what matters most. Licensing Requirements

This is a job-contingent licensed position.

• Active Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 start
 • Life & Health license required within 45 days of start date
• Candidates not currently licensed may be considered if willing to complete licensing requirements within required timelines
• Agency support, guidance, and licensing resources provided

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Drive New Business Growth
Generate new opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, internet leads, community outreach, and follow-up activity

Lead Customer Conversations
Conduct consultative insurance discussions in both Spanish and English to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions

Sell Across Multiple Product Lines
Quote, recommend, and close auto, homeowners, renters, life, and supplemental insurance products

Build Lasting Client Relationships
Create trust-based relationships that support retention, referrals, and long-term customer value

Manage Pipeline Activity
Maintain disciplined follow-up, accurate documentation, and strong opportunity management to maximize conversions

Contribute to Team Success
Partner with agency leadership and team members to support production goals and office growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English

Highly sales-driven with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Confident in asking for the business and overcoming objections professionally

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Organized, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-up

Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-moving sales environment

Prior insurance, sales, retail sales, or customer-facing business development experience preferred
