J&K Communications is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail oriented individual to join our growing team as a Warehouse Specialist. This position plays an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring materials are organized, accurate, and ready to support our field teams and customers.
The ideal candidate is team oriented, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
Primary Responsibilities

- Pull and stage materials and parts for upcoming jobs
- Audit job boxes before and after project completion to ensure accuracy
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials
- Assist with shipping as needed
- Help unload deliveries using warehouse equipment, including a walk behind lift
- Perform cycle counting and inventory checks
- Maintain inventory organization using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
- Keep accurate documentation and detailed inventory notes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Professional communication with coworkers, vendors, and customers
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support the team
- Dependable work ethic and attention to detail
This is a part time position with hours scheduled Monday -Friday, 10A-3P.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
