Our COO, Mariam Lalani, holds an OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) credential — meaning the clinic itself runs on behavior-analytic systems. Low bureaucracy. Clear processes. Leadership that's actually in the building.
What you'll do
- Carry a clinic-based caseload with a 25-hour billable expectation
- Develop and oversee individualized, trauma-informed ABA programs
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Collaborate with families and a Senior BCBA with 9+ years of clinical experience
- Contribute to clinical decision-making — your voice drives outcomes here, not just "advises" them
