ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is continuing to grow. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years as an American Family agent and later worked as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience before opening my own office.

I attended Phoenix College and am married with four kids. My family is very active and competitive - we all love sports, especially soccer, and both my wife and I played at the collegiate level.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joseph Jajou - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
