Little Masters Development Center is seeking a passionate, energetic, and organized ABA Group Teacher to join our growing center-based Early Intervention team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in structured classroom environments and are passionate about helping young children with developmental delays and autism build communication, social, behavioral, and learning skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This is a highly collaborative role working alongside BCBAs, ABA supervisors, teacher assistants, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and families within a multidisciplinary setting.

- Lead and facilitate center-based ABA group sessions for toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Implement individualized behavioral and educational goals within a group classroom setting
- Utilize ABA principles including reinforcement, prompting, behavior shaping, and data collection
- Create engaging, structured, and child-centered learning activities
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and related service providers
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress notes
- Support positive behavior management and classroom routines
- Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers regarding child progress
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE A BIRTH TO GRADE 2 STUDENT WITH DISABILITIES CERTIFICATION
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
- Background in ABA, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field strongly preferred
- RBT certification preferred but not required
- Strong classroom management and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, and consistency in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
