Superior Sales & Service, a manufacturer of railroad Maintenance of Way equipment and distributor of railroad tools, is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations at our Shreveport facility.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders
- Load/unload trucks using a forklift
- Prepare shipping documents (UPS, FedEx, freight)
- Enter transactions and assist with inventory control
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in an unconditioned warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Benefits available after probationary period
- No weekends
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
