Orthodontic Office Receptionist – Charlotte, NC
We are an established private orthodontic practice in Charlotte seeking a friendly and dependable Orthodontic Office Receptionist to support front office operations and help provide an excellent patient experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred
- Experience with scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and front desk workflow
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and patient accounts preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and families in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments
- Support patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with insurance verification, billing, collections, and account follow-up
- Help coordinate orthodontic appointments and daily front office operations
- Keep the front desk organized and welcoming
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to support patient care
What We Offer
- Pay: $19–$23 per hour, based on experience
