ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. I bring a strong educational and business background to the agency, holding both an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Math. I’m married with two children and had a unique upbringing (attending 12 different schools across five countries before graduating high school), which helped shape my adaptability, communication skills, and appreciation for different perspectives and cultures.
I stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring youth baseball leagues, supporting women’s empowerment initiatives, and participating in the local Chamber of Commerce. Building strong community relationships is an important part of our agency culture.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Waleed Zayid - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
