Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and address any concerns.
- Assess and document children's developmental progress through observations and evaluations.
- Organize and participate in activities that enhance physical, cognitive, and creative skills.
- Engage toddlers through age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and learning.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Additional certifications in child development or special education.
