- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off
- Training & development
- Close new memberships. Convert walk-ins and first-time guests into members. You’ll welcome prospects, understand their “why,” guide them through a complimentary first stretch, then present the right membership option and close!
- Lead the team daily. Coach, encourage, and hold your teammates accountable to the same standard. Lead by example on the floor — not from behind a desk.
- Drive outbound activity. Manage outbound calls and texts, re-engage inactive members, and follow up on every lead until you get an answer.
- Retain members: Follow up, connect, and keep members engaged and coming back.
- Own studio operations. Open and close the studio, maintain operational standards, and keep the floor running at a high level.
- Know your numbers. Track your KPIs, review your numbers every day, and course-correct when something isn’t working.
- 3+ years in a sales role — and a verifiable track record of closing. We’ll ask for it.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team. You know how to get the best out of people without micromanaging.
- A competitive mindset. You don’t just hit goals — you resent not exceeding them.
- Strong interpersonal skills. People genuinely enjoy working with you and feel heard by you.
- Comfort with data. You can pull a report, understand what it’s telling you, and act.
- Wellness or fitness background? Great — but not required. We train the right person.
- Competitive Base Pay: $18-22/hour base compensation, commensurate with experience and results.
- Commission on every membership you close — your results drive your income.
- Studio performance bonus — when the studio exceeds monthly revenue targets, you share in the win. Tiered structure with real upside for strong performers.
- On-target earnings of $50,000-60,000+ for strong earners in first year
- Paid training & development: We invest in your skills from day one.
- Performance reviews: Base pay increases tied to results, not just tenure.
- Personal Time Off: Available for full-time employees after 90 days.
- Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members.
- You review the day’s appointments and goals with the team, supporting a positive and focused environment.
- Throughout the day, you’re on the floor, greeting members and guests, closing new memberships, coaching your team in real time, and making sure every person who walks through the door has an exceptional experience.
- You’re tracking KPIs, identifying opportunities, and following up on leads. When something’s not working, you figure out why and fix it. When the team hits a goal, you celebrate it and then set a higher one.
- When new Sales Associates join, you help with onboarding and training, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
- Whether leading by example or stepping up when the Studio Manager is off-site, you’re a dependable leader who keeps the studio running smoothly.
- By the end of the day, you help close up the studio, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow.
Stretch Zone practitioners use patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve mobility, reduce stiffness, increase range of motion, and enhance athletic performance. Our Palm Coast studio has been among the top performers in a national network of 450+ locations. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one’s expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
