E-Commerce & Wholesale Business Development Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, customer-focused team member to help grow and manage our wholesale and e-commerce divisions. This role will focus on developing new revenue streams through wholesale plant and material sales to residential landscape contractors, HOA communities, and online customers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and grow wholesale relationships with:
- HOA communities

- Builders and developers

- Residential customers
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Prepare pricing proposals and coordinate quotes for all product lines
- Identify seasonal sales opportunities and promotional campaigns
- Upsell complementary products and services
Customer Service & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Greenery wholesale and e-commerce customers
- Deliver a high-touch customer experience from inquiry through delivery
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
- Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal operations teams
Logistics & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling and delivery of plant material and related products
- Work with growers, nurseries, and suppliers to source inventory
- Assist with inventory planning and product availability
- Ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and professionally executed
- Maintain organized order tracking and customer records
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Help market Greenery services through:
- Social media content

- Assist in developing online ordering and curbside pickup programs
- Partner with Marketing & Branding on photography, product listings, and promotional content
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales conversion
Retail & E-Commerce Development
- Assist in launching and growing:
- Retail sales initiatives

- Holiday and event-based plant sales
- Help improve merchandising and customer buying experience on online platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, landscaping, nursery operations, logistics coordination, retail, or related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and customer requests simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/order management software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or seasonal peak periods as needed
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds periodically
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Marketing or social media experience is a plus
- Landscaping, plant, or nursery knowledge preferred but not required
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
