We are looking for a dependable and organized team member to assist in daily restaurant operations. This role includes handling the register, packing food orders, answering phone calls, and supporting the team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
- Pack and organize takeout and delivery orders efficiently
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders professionally
- Assist the shift manager with operational tasks
- Ensure the counter area is clean and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
- Flexible availability, including weekends if needed
