Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy to maintain oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Assist the dentist in patient examinations and treatment procedures.
- Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Manage patient scheduling and follow-up appointments.
- Build strong relationships with patients to enhance their dental experience.
Requirements:
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Kansas.
- Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent education.
- Experience in a dental practice preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in dental software and technology.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
