As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a nurturing and engaging classroom where children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Responsibilities
- Â Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged childrenÂ
- Â Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activitiesÂ
- Â Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical developmentÂ
- Â Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroomÂ
- Â Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team membersÂ
- Â Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniquesÂ
- Â Participate in ongoing training and professional developmentÂ
Qualifications
- Â Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting required
- Â Strong classroom management and communication skillsÂ
- Â Passion for educating and nurturing young childrenÂ
- Â Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentÂ
- Â CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Early Childhood coursework preferredÂ
