About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions via telehealth platforms.
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient interactions and care plans in electronic health records (EHR).
- Stay updated on telehealth regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Provide follow-up care and support to patients as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Practitioner training.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia and board certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and continuous learning.
- Knowledge of telehealth regulations and best practices is a plus.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $160,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
