We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing dialysis. This role involves rounding across multiple dialysis units, ensuring high-quality, consistent patient management, and maintaining accurate documentation within the EMR system.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of practice
- Experience in nephrology, dialysis, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
