Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of RN Cardiac Cath Lab experience within specialty required
75-Mile Radius Rule Applies
Local candidates accepted (local rate applies)
Active New York RN License Required
BLS & ACLS (AHA) Required
EPIC Experience Required
Experience with advanced cardiac procedures strongly preferred

Position Overview:
The RN Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse will provide specialized care in a fast-paced cardiac procedural environment caring for adult and geriatric patients.

PTCA & Diagnostic Cath Procedures
Structural Heart Cases
Femoral / Radial Access
Balloon Pump & Impella
Arthrectomy, IVUS & Closure Devices

Patient Ratio: 1:1
Common Diagnoses: CAD, Heart Failure
Common Drips: Verapamil, Nitro, Cardizem, Neo, Dopamine, Levophed
Technology: EPIC, XPER
Floating: May float to Electrophysiology Lab or Pod D Recovery
