What You’ll Bring
- Active Licensed Practical Nursing license in CO
- 2+ years’ geriatric/home-care experience
- Solid clinical assessment skills and a passion for problem-solving
- CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license
- Warm, professional communication that builds trust with families and field staff

Compensation: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
