- Managing reconstruction projects from approved scope through final completion
- Planning project schedules, sequencing trades, and keeping work moving
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, materials, and resources
- Conducting regular site visits to verify progress, workmanship, safety, and schedule
- Managing job costs, budgets, change orders, and overall project profitability
- Reviewing scopes, estimates, plans, and project documentation to ensure work is completed accurately
- Setting clear expectations with customers and providing consistent communication throughout the project
- Identifying problems early and making decisions that keep projects on track
- Partnering with internal estimating, operations, mitigation, and administrative teams
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring jobs are closed out efficiently
- Building strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and insurance partners
- Proven project management experience in reconstruction, restoration, residential construction, remodeling, general contracting, or commercial construction
- Hands-on experience managing multiple active construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, materials, and trades
- Experience managing subcontractors and holding partners accountable for quality and timelines
- Experience with project budgets, job costing, change orders, and profitability
- Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, estimates, plans, and construction documents
- Strong customer communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence making decisions and taking ownership when challenges arise
- Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Restoration or insurance reconstruction
- Residential remodeling or homebuilding
- General contracting

- Exterior restoration or storm-related construction
- A construction superintendent or field leadership role with strong project management responsibility
