Are you eager to make a difference in the lives of young children? Do you have a passion for mentoring teachers, supporting school operations, and building strong relationships with families?
Primrose School of Berkeley Heights is looking for a dedicated and experienced Education Coach to join our leadership team. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a childcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting teacher development, operational excellence, marketing, and enrollment growth.
As an Education Coach, you’ll help drive teacher success, classroom excellence, and family engagement while also supporting key school operations and enrollment initiatives. Confident, supported teachers create safe, healthy learning environments — and you’ll play a vital role in helping both our staff and students thrive.
Inspire and encourage teachers by:
- Supporting teachers across all age groups and classrooms
- Conducting classroom observations and coaching teachers on curriculum implementation
- Supporting the delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Assisting with onboarding, training, and mentorship of new teachers
- Collaborating with school leadership to maintain educational excellence
- Supporting the use of our exclusive digital curriculum platform
Additional Leadership Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day school operations and leadership initiatives
- Assist with enrollment growth and prospective family engagement
- Conduct school tours and support family communications
- Assist with local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Support compliance, licensing, and operational standards
- Partner with leadership to create a positive, professional school environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required
- Previous childcare or early childhood education experience required
- Previous preschool leadership experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with school operations, marketing, or enrollment support is a plus
- Ability to multitask and lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for early childhood education and team development
