Inside & Outside Sales Representative — Roof Maxx / Infinite Roofing
Location: Fresno, CA & surrounding Central Valley
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Hourly base + uncapped commission

Infinite Roofing and Roof Maxx of the Central Valley believe in “Restore, Don’t Replace.” We’re the Central Valley’s roof restoration and repair experts, helping homeowners and businesses extend the life of their roofs and protect their biggest investment. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven salesperson who can build relationships, close deals, and help us become the most recognized roofing company in the Central Valley.
The Role
This is a hybrid inside/outside sales position. You’ll handle warm follow-up, run booked appointments, sell across our full lineup of services, and develop new business relationships throughout the region. If you’re competitive, organized, and great with people, this role rewards you for it.
What You’ll Sell
• Roof Maxx roof rejuvenation and restoration
• Roof repairs (residential and commercial)
• New roof systems
• Commercial coatings and repairs
What You’ll Do
• Handle follow-up calls on incoming and existing leads, keeping every opportunity moving
• Book and confirm appointments as they come in
• Run sales appointments in-home and on-site, present solutions, and close
• Conduct business-to-business outreach to residential and commercial prospects
• Build business development relationships with property management companies, insurance companies, realtors, and other referral partners
• Work company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
• Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in our CRM
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
• Sales experience (roofing, home improvement, or construction a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person)
• Strong phone and in-person communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own follow-up
• Able to build trust quickly with homeowners and business decision-makers
• Comfortable with both inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Coachable and goal-driven
