🎯 Part-Time Commercial Insurance Sales Producer (Property & Auto) — Ohio --- W-2 • ~20 hours/week • New Business Only

New to B2B sales (or looking for your first real “pipeline-to-close” experience)? This is a perfect opportunity to break into B2B sales through a fast-paced, relationship-driven industry—commercial insurance!
This role is also perfect for stay-at-home moms looking for flexible part-time work—with a clear path to earning more based on performance. 🚀
We help business owners secure Commercial Property (Fire) and Commercial Auto coverage. No renewals—just new sales.
✅ What You’ll Do
- 🤝 Talk with business owners and decision-makers (B2B conversations!)
- 📄 Collect info + submit applications to quote properly
- 🧾 Quote, follow up, and help coordinate coverage to bind/issue policies
- 📍 Meet clients / coordinate locally as needed (Ohio-based)
- 🧠 Build your underwriting/coverage knowledge as you go
- 📌 Track everything in our CRM (leads → quotes → bound policies)
🏢 What You’ll Sell
- 🔥 Commercial Property (Fire)
- 🚗 Commercial Auto
💸 Pay & Incentives (W-2)
- 💵 Base pay: $15.00/hour
- 📈 Plus commissions: Earn another $1000 just for hitting your goal!
- Commissions are uncapped
🎯 Target
- ⭐ ~5 bound commercial policies/month
📌 Requirements
- 🎫 Must be able to acquire and maintain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- 🗣️ Strong communication + confidence speaking with business owners
- ⏱️ Reliable follow-up skills and good time management
- 🚙 Reliable transportation (if in-person)
