ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Service Manager with Nick Ainsworth State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Pivoting to additional customer needs will be crucial to better serving others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Guide insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Cross Selling is key to your additional success and great commissions
- Identify customer opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

All team members will license in:- Property
- Casualty
- Life
- Health
- OR be able to obtain the required licensing. Must have P&C and then obtain Life & Health within 60 days of hire.
Base Salary consideration based upon experience and qualification.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
