Qualicare Homecare is looking for applicants with recent hands-on one on one caregiving experience to provide care for our clients for with varying shift assignments. This position is offered as a PART-TIME/PRN role.

Client service areas: Mesa AZ 85213, Scottsdale AZ 85258, Chandler AZ 85224, Scottsdale AZ 85255, Phoenix AZ 85022, Scottsdale AZ 85259

✅ REQUIREMENTS

Amenable for changing schedules and part time/PRN roles. (NO GUARANTEED FIXED SCHEDULE NOR NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK)
Caregiving experience and/or CNA certification
Active CPR & BLS certificate, current TB test results
Valid auto insurance and driver's license
Has a reliable transportation and must be amenable to drive to our client's locations.
Comfortable providing one-one at home care.
Able to start ASAP

Personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, ambulation/transportation assistance, errands, following care plans using an app, and documentation.
