Earn $70,000–$90,000+ Per Year While Leading a Great Team
Rosati's Pizza & Sports Bar is looking for a motivated, hospitality-focused Front of House Manager to help lead our restaurant and sports bar operations.
This is not a desk job. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with guests, coaching employees, leading by example, and helping create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What We Offer
Compensation
- Expected total earnings of $70,000–$90,000+ annually
- Base salary of $34,000–$38,000, based on experience
- Opportunity to earn substantial income through serving and bartending shifts

What You'll Do
- Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
- Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership
- Serve and bartend during assigned shifts while managing the floor
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lead by example
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
Certifications
Within 30 days of hire:
- TIPS Alcohol Certification
- ServSafe Certification
All certification costs are reimbursed by the company.
