What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help grow the agency by connecting with prospective customers, building relationships, and identifying solutions that fit their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with prospective customers through calls, emails, and outreach
  • Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Following up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
  • Educating customers on insurance options that help protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses
  • Collaborating with team members on outreach strategies and growth opportunities
  • Tracking activity and progress toward sales goals
  • Maintaining compliance with office and regulatory standards
  • Creating a positive, professional, and memorable customer experience
Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in Property & Casualty
  • Must be licensed in Life & Health
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new relationships
  • Sales, marketing, insurance, or customer service experience preferred
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow
