- Manage project schedules from pre-wire through final completion
- Coordinate with IQA’s Installation Manager, general contractors, builders, and customers
- Identify and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Identify scheduling risks early and proactively resolve delays
- Maintain accurate project timelines and task tracking
- Monitor project labor hours against estimated budgets
- Review job progress regularly to identify labor variances early
- Work with Installation Manager to improve efficiency and scheduling accuracy
- Assist with change order coordination and scope adjustments
- Serve as the primary communication point for customers throughout projects
- Provide regular project updates and follow-ups
- Coordinate with IQA’s Office Assistant to ensure materials and timelines align
- Document customer communications consistently
- Ensure projects move into closeout with minimal punch-list items
- Confirm documentation, programming backups, product information, and training are complete
- Coordinate final walkthroughs and customer handoff
- Track and resolve outstanding items promptly
- Maintain organized project records and notes
- Utilize calendar blocking and scheduling systems consistently
- Participate in internal project review meetings
- Support continuous improvement of project workflows and customer experience
- Experience in AV, smart home, electrical, construction, or low-voltage project management
- Understanding of residential and commercial technology systems
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and customer coordination
- Experience working with builders, designers, and subcontractors preferred
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable using project management and scheduling software
