About the Role:
Join All Seasons Heating, AC & Plumbing as a Plumbing Helper in Toledo, OH! This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the plumbing industry while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
- Help with the troubleshooting of plumbing issues and provide solutions under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
- Load and unload materials and equipment for plumbing jobs.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure job satisfaction.
- Participate in on-the-job training to enhance plumbing skills and knowledge.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by senior plumbers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a plumbing or construction environment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
