Sunday availability is required for this role. Candidates with weekend availability will receive priority consideration.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
  • Educate clients on memberships, services, enhancements, and promotions
  • Meet membership sales and guest retention goals
  • Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
  • Assist with daily spa operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa
  • Help create an environment that keeps clients coming back month after month
The Ideal Candidate
  • Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
  • Has sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Is dependable, professional, and positive
  • Can confidently recommend services and memberships
  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Enjoys staying busy and multitasking
  • Can work evenings as needed
  • Must be available to work Sundays
  • Weekend availability is strongly preferred
