What You'll Do
- Assist with drywall installation, patching, repairs, and finishing
- Help prepare and apply texture finishes
- Assist with interior painting, touch-ups, and wall repairs
- Support flooring installation and repair projects, including laminate, vinyl, and other flooring materials
- Assist with finish carpentry projects, including trim, baseboards, doors, and moldings
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Perform job site setup, cleanup, and debris removal
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, especially in occupied homes and businesses
- Learn restoration and reconstruction best practices from experienced technicians
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, and team members
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Construction, remodeling, handyman, painting, drywall, flooring, or carpentry experience is helpful but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
- Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials throughout the workday
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
