The Varnadore Agency is seeking an experienced Financial Services Advisor who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve long-term financial security. This opportunity is ideal for a consultative professional who enjoys building lasting relationships, providing strategic guidance, and developing customized financial solutions.
We are looking for a trusted advisor who can help clients navigate retirement planning, wealth accumulation, risk management, and insurance strategies while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Position Overview
As a Financial Services Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, evaluate their current financial picture, and develop tailored recommendations designed to help them build and protect their assets. You will serve as a long-term resource for clients while growing a successful financial services practice within an established State Farm agency.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and needs assessments
• Develop customized strategies involving life insurance, retirement planning, wealth protection, and investment solutions
• Educate clients on financial products and services that align with their goals and risk tolerance
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing reviews
• Identify opportunities to help clients improve their overall financial position
• Collaborate with agency team members to provide holistic insurance and financial planning solutions
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory requirements, and financial planning best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, financial planning, wealth management, investment advising, or life insurance sales
• Active Life & Health license required
• Active Property & Casualty license required
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 preferred
• FINRA Series 65 strongly preferred
• Strong consultative, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
• Proven ability to develop trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
