What We Are Looking For
We are seeking contractors who can provide:

Many of our assignments involve occupied and vacant apartment homes where ownership and management teams require quick turnaround times to prepare units for new residents.
Contractors who consistently deliver quality work, meet deadlines, and maintain professional standards may be considered for additional project opportunities as they become available.
Compensation
Independent contractors are compensated on a project-by-project basis according to the agreed scope of work.
Our goal is to develop long-term partnerships with dependable contractors and provide a consistent flow of opportunities throughout our service areas.
Requirements
- Must operate as an independent business or sole proprietor
- Must carry General Liability Insurance
- Must provide a W-9
- Must have reliable transportation and equipment
- Must comply with all applicable licensing requirements for services performed
