Lindsey Cline State Farm is seeking a part-time Account Associate who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service while contributing to agency growth. This role combines customer support and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, assisting clients, and identifying opportunities to better protect customers through meaningful coverage conversations.

State Farm agency experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, professional, and eager to learn.

Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

• Life & Health license must be obtained after starting employment

• Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers

• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims inquiries, and account updates

• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection

• Quote, present, and recommend appropriate insurance products and services

• Follow up on customer requests and open service items

• Coordinate with underwriters and internal team members to support policy issuance and account management

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Support agency growth through relationship-building and customer retention efforts

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• State Farm agency experience preferred

• Previous insurance, banking, retail, hospitality, customer service, or office experience preferred
