Are you passionate about baking, creativity, and delivering exceptional products? We are looking for an enthusiastic Baker / Cake Decorator to join our growing bakery team. If you enjoy creating beautiful cakes, preparing fresh baked goods, and making customers smile, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Bake a variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, breads, and pastries.
- Decorate cakes and specialty desserts according to customer orders and bakery standards.
- Create custom designs using buttercream, fondant, piping, and other decorating techniques.
- Prepare fillings, frostings, glazes, and toppings.
- Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Follow recipes and production schedules.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous baking and cake decorating experience preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and decorating methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with strong artistic skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Food Handler's Permit preferred (or ability to obtain one).
