About the Role:
Neware Technology LLC is looking for a hands-on Electrical Technician to install, service, and repair our battery testing equipment, both at our Fremont, CA facility and at client sites, and to handle general electrical work throughout our warehouse. Travel required for on-site installations and service.

Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair battery testing equipment at our facility and client sites
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, outlets, and circuits throughout the warehouse
- Travel to client locations for installations and service calls
- Perform soldering and basic electronic component work
- Learn copper welding as needed (training provided)
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in battery testing equipment and warehouse systems
- Communicate with clients, partners, and our engineering team
- Maintain accurate service records
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Soldering skills required; welding experience a plus
- Mandarin proficiency a plus
- Willingness to travel; valid driver's license
- Comfortable using a laptop/smartphone daily
- Minimum age 18+
Compensation: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
