We offer neurological consultations, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, neuro-rehabilitation coordination, and multidisciplinary care to support patients throughout their recovery journey.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) team in Nashville, Tennessee. This hybrid role combines in-clinic patient care with community and field-based responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to support patients throughout their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and passionate about helping individuals improve communication, cognition, and overall quality of life following neurological injury.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language and cognitive-communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide therapy services to patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plans accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, strategies, and progress
- Participate in case conferences and treatment planning discussions
- Travel locally as needed to support patient care and community-based services
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology license required**
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with neurological, cognitive, concussion, or TBI populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable working in both clinic and community-based settings
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
