Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual District Manager to oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic zone. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing agents while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can foster a positive work environment, drive performance, and handle escalations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple locations, ensuring agents meet performance and customer service standards.
  • Recruit, screen, interview, and hire new agents to build a strong team.
  • Foster a positive and professional work culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to support agent development.
  • Monitor staff for attendance, disciplinary concerns, and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement weekly work schedules to optimize staffing and coverage.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Observe and direct agents to ensure compliance with company procedures and service expectations.
Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a team across multiple locations.
  • Must be able to travel to Waco, Killeen, Austin, New Braunfels, and Seguin.
License/Certification:

  • Insurance Producer License 
  • Life Insurance License (Preferred)
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
