We are partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing signage and large-format graphics company seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with sign shop and large-format print production experience.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop impactful signage, branding, and visual communication solutions
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to bring concepts to life
- Create and prepare production-ready artwork for:
- Interior & Exterior Signage
- Vehicle Wraps & Fleet Graphics
- Banners
- Trade Show Displays
- Environmental & Dimensional Graphics
- Window & Wall Graphics
- Develop client proofs and manage revisions
- Perform color correction and maintain color consistency across projects
- Operate large-format production equipment including printers, flatbeds, cutters, plotters, and laminators
- Prepare files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain organized project files and production documentation
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and production technologies
Qualifications
Required
- Experience working in a sign shop, signage company, or large-format print environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated, produced, and installed signage projects (Web-only or digital-only portfolios will not be considered)
Proficiency with:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Microsoft Office
- Gerber Omega
- Onyx RIP
- Thrive RIP
- Experience with large-format print production workflows
- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production
- Experience with vehicle wraps
- Logo development, branding, and custom graphic creation experience
