ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an account representative for Brian Nogueira Insurance Agency, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an account representative for Brian Nogueira Insurance Agency, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle Claim activities
- Assist with underwriting
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- No insurance experience necessary. We will provide training.
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license within 60 days of employment.
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health license within 90 days of employment.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
