Job Description
Elevate Care Providers is seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a client in St. Charles, Missouri.
This evening position offers a consistent weekly schedule and is ideal for nurses seeking part-time hours while making a meaningful difference in the life of a client and their family.

- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Pay
- $40.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Medication administration
- Monitor client condition and report changes
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers
- Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Home care or pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
