Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our buffet service.
- Ensure all food is presented beautifully and in accordance with our standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Ensure the Buffet line is full and all food is stirred and looking good at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or buffet setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Culinary certification is a plus.
