About the Role:
Join our team at Cajuns Fabulous Fried Chicken Inc as a Prep Cook! In this exciting role, you will prepare delicious ingredients that help create our signature dishes, all while working in a fun and dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and chop ingredients for cooking and frying.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with chefs to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak hours.
- Other duties as assigned by Managers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from chefs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
