About the Role:
Join AXIS SECURITY as an Event Security/Event Staff member in Keizer, OR! Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring safety and providing excellent service at various events.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor event premises to ensure safety and security for all attendees.
- Perform crowd control and manage access points effectively.
- Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to event guests.
- Collaborate with event organizers to meet security needs.
- Conduct regular patrols of the event area to deter potential issues.
- Report any incidents or irregularities to event management promptly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or event staffing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and have a clean record.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
