CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANERS
CLEAN RIGHT SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING TO ADD TO OUR POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING TEAM
THIS POSITION WOULD REQUIRE TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF CHATTANOOGA PERIODICALLY
(hotel costs covered and A per diem paid to team members for out of town overnight trips)
*Candidates must successfully complete a 60 day Probationary Period, must pass a background check & must pass a drug screen
* Pay will be based on your Post Construction Cleaning Experience / Knowledge
Core Responsibilities are to Include, but not limited to:

Core Responsibilities are to Include, but not limited to:
- Debris Removal: Safely sweep and haul away leftover construction materials, scraps, and large debris from the site.
- Dust Mitigation: Perform detailed dry and wet dusting of ceilings, light fixtures, vents, fans, doors, baseboards, and trim.
- Surface Cleaning: Wash and spot-clean interior and exterior walls, cabinets, countertops, and appliances to remove smudges, dirt, and construction residue.
- Glass & Fixture Detailing: Clean interior and exterior windows, mirrors, glass partitions, and polish plumbing and restroom fixtures.
- Floor Care: Sweep, vacuum, mop, or scrub all floor surfaces (hardwoods, tiles, and carpets) and polish corners and edges.
- Site Preparation: Remove protective plastic films, stickers, and paint overspray from glass, fixtures, and furniture.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for long hours, bend, climb ladders, and execute repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Capacity to identify fine dust layers and minor imperfections across various surfaces.
- Equipment Proficiency: Experience using commercial-grade cleaning equipment, such as heavy-duty vacuums, floor polishers, pressure washers, and ladders.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of construction safety guidelines and proper handling of hazardous materials or chemicals.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently to meet strict project deadlines, often coordinating with active construction crews

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
