Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties.
This role requires journeyman-level experience, sound technical judgment, and the ability to manage service calls independently from diagnosis through completion. The Plumbing Technician is expected to communicate clearly with customers and internal team members and to consistently deliver work that meets professional, safety, and code standards
What We're Looking For

- Journeyman-level plumbing experience.
- Experience with residential service plumbing.
- Experience with drain clearing and emergency plumbing service.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation, photos, and invoicing.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
Preferred
- Light commercial plumbing experience.
- Experience in a startup or small-company environment.
- Excavation experience.
Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
