About the Role:
We are seeking a Dungeon Master to run recurring, story-driven tabletop RPG sessions for small groups of players. You’ll facilitate weekly games, build engaging campaigns, and create a welcoming table experience for players with a range of skill levels.
This is a contract role for someone who can reliably run sessions, keep groups on schedule, and bring a strong mix of structure and improvisation.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and run weekly tabletop sessions (primarily D&D 5e, with optional one-shots in other systems)
- Create campaign outlines, hooks, NPCs, encounters, and maps (lightweight is fine)
- Guide players through character creation and onboarding
- Keep sessions inclusive, fun, and psychologically safe (Session 0, table norms, safety tools)
- Adapt content based on player choices and pacing needs
- Track session notes and maintain basic campaign documentation
Coordinate scheduling and communicate clearly with players between sessions

- At least one year of experience as a DM/GM (home games count)
- Strong facilitation skills: you can manage table time

- Creative, positive, and dedicated to creating a great game for everyone at the table
Compensation: $25,000.00 per year
