About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Primrose School of Mt. Juliet as a Two's Teacher! In this nurturing environment, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of our youngest learners.
What will you be doing?
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment for two-year-olds.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
- Observe and assess children's development and learning.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations.
What are we looking for?
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a daycare setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Background check clearance required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
