Diamond Care Transportation is an established non emergency medical transportation company operating since 2016, now looking to launch a licensed commercial ALS ambulance division in the Maryland/DC metro region. The Role
We are hiring paramedics for inter-facility ALS transports — hospital-to-hospital transfers, discharges, dialysis, and scheduled medical transports.

Responsibilities
- Provide ALS-level patient care during inter-facility and scheduled transports
- Complete accurate electronic patient care reports (ePCR) for every transport
- Conduct vehicle and equipment checks at shift start; maintain ambulance readiness
- Communicate professionally with sending/receiving facility staff, patients, and families
- Operate in full compliance with Maryland EMS protocols and company policy
Requirements
- Current Maryland Paramedic license, OR active NREMT-Paramedic registration (we will support your Maryland reciprocity — NREMT active status plus a MIEMSS protocol orientation gets you licensed)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications (PALS a plus)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Professional demeanor — you are the face of our company inside every facility
