The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that all potential clients and existing clients receive the highest level of customer care when calling or visiting our office. We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, candidate with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The ideal team member is someone who has exceptional customer service skills, and is fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Mail sorting and distributing
Translating
Help maintain positive client relations through strong communication and professional conduct.
Direct and screen phone calls quickly and efficiently.
Sort and distribute electronic and postal mail.
Greet and interact with clients and visitors.
Onsite:
Monday - Friday
Annual Salary:
$55,000 - $60,000
